Ski Touring at Purcell Mountain Lodge

Purcell Mountain Lodge is accepting bookings for the 2016/2017 winter ski season. Please call 1 888 767 8989 for booking inquiries. Purcell Lodge welcomes self catered and independently guided groups for exclusive lodge rentals. Minimum group size of 11 guests are recommended, pre season rates start at $800 per person plus applicable tax for a three night stay. Round trip helicopter flight, bedding, linen and use of our full commerical size kitchen are included in the rate.

Fully guided and fully catered tours run December through to mid April. Rates start at $1755 per person plus applicable tax based on double occupancy. All inclusive tours are three, four and seven night accommodations, ACMG certified Ski Guides, chef prepared gourmet mountain meals, apres ski appetizers, hosts and all lodge amenities including a traditional wood burning sauna.

Purcell Mountain Lodge is surrounded by some of the finest alpine ski touring terrain and naturally gladed tree skiing areas. Expereience the backcountry far away from lift lines and crowds, ski touring opens up a whole new world of skiing. It is just you, deep powder, a few friends and your professional ACMG certified guide. 

Weather permitting, our guides can showcase the alpine tours and open bowls with 2000 foot decents. Advanced skiers can ski off the alpine plateau towards the mighty Selkirks, Beaver River Vallery and Glacier National Park. This area offers descents of up to 3000 feet into big mountain terrain.  The terrain right at the lodges' doorstep offers a haven for cross country skiers, snowshoeing and toboganning.
