If our mountains and stunning views are what bring people to the Lodge, our food is what seduces them to return year after year. Our talented chefs, themselves mountain enthusiasts, prepare delicious, hearty meals to greet you at the end of every day.
We believe in buying our food from local producers, and our commitment to buying organic ensures that our guests enjoy the tastiest and healthiest food possible. We can also accommodate any special dietary requests, so please don’t hesitate to ask.
Breakfast is served at 8:30 in our dining room. Choose from a variety of homemade muffins, fruit salads, eggs, whole grain pancakes, gourmet sausages and genuine Canadian maple syrup. At 9:30, you can make your own lunch from a wide range of homemade breads, gourmet cheeses, selected meats, fresh vegetables, fruit and baked treats from the kitchen.
We know how hungry people can be at the end of a long day in the mountains. So at 5:30, our chef brings out an array of delicious appetizers. Baked brie, roasted garlic, oven-fresh pita bread, grapes – the perfect thing to whet your appetite.
At 7:00, dinner arrives – everything from warm breads and unique salads, to a wide variety of main dishes and mouth-watering desserts. Savour it all with a glass of wine from our well-stocked cellar.
